| Select Language | Translates the page. Keep the English text for anything you quote |

| Download PDF | Save as PDF saves a copy. AIR True Print opens the AIR print-style layout |
| Print / Copy | Prints the judgment / copies selected text |
| Bookmark | Saves the case. Find it in User Data → My Bookmarks |
| Equal Citation | Shows other citations of the same judgment |
| AI Insights | Issue-by-issue summary in a side panel. Check the paragraphs it points to |

6Tips & tricks
- Use headnote words: dishonour of cheque finds more than cheque bounce.
- Start broad, then add one word at a time. Very long searches return fewer useful cases.
- Too many results? Filter by Court first, then Year.
- Look past the first result. Read the headnote lines under each card.
- AI Search for questions. Normal box for keywords, section numbers and names.
- Ask AI Search one question at a time. Name the Act and section, and who did what.
- Nominal Search: one distinctive word, such as a surname, works best.
- Use the dark menu on the left to jump between searches without going Home.
- Check Updates From Supreme Court every morning.
- On a phone, turn to landscape if toolbar buttons are missing. Close unused tabs.
7Quick fixes
| Site slow, or not responding as expected | The site may have just been updated. Do a hard refresh first: Ctrl+F5 or Ctrl+Shift+R (Chrome, Edge, Firefox on Windows) · Cmd+Shift+R (Chrome, Edge, Firefox on Mac) · Safari: Option+Cmd+E, then Cmd+R |
| Search takes a few seconds | Normal for a large search. Wait for the spinner to finish |
| No results | Remove a word or two, untick Exact Phrase, check spelling |
| Acts & Section says “No Records Available” | Click the Act from the suggestion list, then enter the section |
| AI Search shows nothing | Wait a minute or two (“Searching linked cases”). Still nothing? Refresh and ask again |
| Page asks you to sign in again | Sign in again from the main AIROnline site, then reopen the tool from the home screen |
| A judgment does not open | Allow pop-ups for the site, then click again |
| Cannot find a case from a court | Your plan may not cover that court. Check Online Subscriptions |
One rule: whatever you find, read the paragraph in the judgment itself and check that the case is still good law before you rely on it in court.
